🕓 Order Processing

How quickly will my order be packed?

We ship fast! 🚚✨ Orders placed before 11am (Monday–Friday) are packed and shipped the same or next working day.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes — in selected Gauteng areas only. If you need same-day delivery, please contact us before 10am to confirm availability, pricing, and areas covered.


🚚 Delivery Information

How long does delivery take?

Once your Gift Crate box is with the courier, delivery times are:

  • Main cities: 1–2 working days
  • Other areas: 2–4 working days
  • Rural / outlying areas: 3–7 working days

Tracking details are emailed to you, and the courier may also contact you via SMS or WhatsApp.


🎄 Christmas Delivery Cut-Off

What’s the last day to order for Christmas delivery?

For guaranteed Christmas delivery, please place your order on or before:

🎄 Monday, 15 December 2025

Orders placed after this date will still be lovingly packed, but will only be shipped once couriers resume normal operations in the New Year (from 2 January due to public holidays).

Can I customise a Gift Crate?

Absolutely! To create a custom gift box, simply send us:

  • Your budget
  • Your idea or theme
  • Who it’s for and the preferred delivery date

We’ll curate something beautiful, thoughtful, and completely unique — custom gifting made effortless.


💬 Gift Notes

Can I include a personalised message?

Yes — handwritten notes are complimentary. Add your message in the order notes at checkout, reply to your confirmation email, or send it via the chat box. We’ll handwrite it on a beautiful gift tag and include it inside your box.


💳 Payment Options

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are securely processed through PayFast, one of South Africa’s most trusted gateways.

You can pay using:

  • Credit or Debit Card
  • Instant EFT
  • Manual EFT / Bank Transfer
  • Scan to Pay (SnapScan, Zapper) — when available

Your card details are never stored on our website — all transactions are encrypted and handled securely by PayFast.


🎟 Gift Vouchers

Do you offer digital gift vouchers?

Yes! Our digital Gift Vouchers are delivered instantly via email.

To send it directly to someone else, tick “I want to send this as a gift” and enter the recipient’s email, name, message, and optional delivery date.


🔍 Tracking

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel ships. The courier will also contact you via email or WhatsApp with live delivery updates.


📦 Packaging

How will my gift be packaged?

Every Gift Crate is beautifully presented in a premium kraft gift box with luxury filler, ribbon, and seasonal finishing touches. It arrives gift-ready with no additional wrapping required.


🔄 Returns

Do you accept returns?

Because our gift boxes often include perishable or consumable items, returns are not possible unless your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty.

If anything isn’t right, we’ll gladly assist with a replacement or refund. Your joy matters to us.
