Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Rates & Fees

• Free Shipping on all orders over R1199.
• Orders below R1199 carry a R99 flat-rate courier fee.
• All orders are shipped via reliable door-to-door courier delivery.
• No handling or packing fees — you only pay the courier charge.

2. Delivery Options

• Door-to-Door Courier (Default) — Fast, tracked delivery to your home or work.
• Pargo Pickup (Optional) — Convenient collection at your nearest Pargo pickup point.
  This option is great for customers who prefer collecting parcels or may not be home during the day.

3. Processing & Delivery Times

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 working day after payment confirmation.
• Delivery timeframes:
  • 1–3 business days to major cities.
  • 3–7 business days for outlying or rural areas.
• Orders are shipped Monday to Friday only.
• Orders placed after 2 PM are processed on the following business day.

4. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

• We use trusted national couriers to ensure fast and safe delivery of all gift boxes.
• Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email or SMS with your waybill number.
• You can track your delivery directly on the courier’s website.

5. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship nationwide within South Africa.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

6. Failed Deliveries & Redelivery

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the parcel, the courier may attempt redelivery. If redelivery is unsuccessful, the parcel may be returned to us.
